As we start a new semester, we’re asking students, “What does CfH mean to you?”

We have heard from a lot of students and are excited to share their stories with you. First up is Miriam Lipschutz, (pictured left) from the University of Vermont:

I got involved last year during the school year by coming to bake once a week and have loved it ever since! A fun fact about me is I learned to make challah with my mom growing up, and she learned from her mom, and she learned from her mom, etc. So I am excited to continue this family tradition and fight food insecurity at the same time!

We’re so inspired by your challah baking through the generations and that you’re “baking up” new memories with the UVM chapter!
