Haley Needle Repair the World Fellow

From an early age Haley was instilled with the value of Tikkun Olam (“Repairing the World”) and the importance of service. In high school she became passionate about the intersection of environmental justice and food justice and started an environmental club that created a local community garden. She also spend a summer in BBYO’s Impact DC program learning about food insecurity, homelessness, and advocacy which deeply impacted her and inspired her to further pursue avenues of social change. Haley went to Muhlenberg college and finished her degree at California Institute of Integral Studies where she received a B.A. in Interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in activism. In her free time she enjoys painting, writing, and dancing. Haley is a 2018-19 Fellow with Repair the World and she is excited to be partnering with Challah for Hunger this year!
